Areas of Practice
Attorney Holdsworth’s practice is focused primarily on business law with an emphasis on data security, family law, and LGBT family law. She provides Mediation services as well as Limited Assistance Representation for clients in the Probate and Family Courts and also provides consultation services for legal issues related to education, children and mental health.

Education and Background
Attorney Holdsworth is a 1997 graduate of Stetson University College of Law (magna cum laude). Prior to entering law school, she worked in the mental health field, counseling families, couples, groups and individuals. She’s worked for community mental health facilities as well as hospitals and has developed two comprehensive community treatment programs for pregnant substance abusing women and their children. Before opening her practice, Attorney Holdsworth worked in the corporate  department of Goodwin Procter LLC and in-house with Yantra Corporation.
Attorney Holdsworth is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Massachusetts School of Law where she teaches Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Attorney Holdsworth strives to integrate her counseling experience and corporate law training into a practice that provides compassionate, effective, professional legal services.
